Wheel background black? Then run the fe with 32 bitdepth

I am not sure if this also is true for other videocards but with nvidia cards if you don't run the fe in true color the background of the wheel will be black. Or at least pupuc and me saw this behavior on our geforce 4 ti4200 cards.

Solution set your desktop to 32 bit depth. Should not make any difference in speed. Knowing that Director is generally better optimized for 32 bits then 16 bits graphics.
